Anatomy Ultrasounds - Finally!

Another grueling round of scans Monday morning. These detailed, 45 minute scans for each baby reveal physical abnormalities that could affect the spine, kidneys, brain, bowels, extremities, heart, etc. It was fun to watch the babies sucking thumbs, waving and kicking their arms and legs, ignoring the sonographer's pokes and prods, generally pretty much what you'd expect from misbehaving children.
These snaps were selected after the ultrasounds were taken so none are full body shots - sorry!

Did I mention that we asked the technician for the sexes? The results were pretty obvious from the scans. I apologize in advance for anyone wishing for girls. Yes, 3 boys!!!
