On Tuesday we received appointments for Mt. Sinai. Seems like we're to receive the best of care as this hospital is one of the two best in the province for neonatal care. We meet the director next week and undergo their first ultrasound in May with our new OBGYN (sorry, I'm a guy - I think that's right).
Excited? Yes!
Concerned? Of course. Having triplets automatically puts us in the high risk category. If we can make the 32 week barrier (mid-September?) then our little tribbles will be fine and will spend less time in the NICU (neonatal intensive care unit).
I feel upbeat having helped raise one excellent child already. Or should I say so far? He's just 9! Now if only the next 3 turn out to be as awesome as Adam........you guys have some pretty big shoes to fill!
